Why do Indian brides wear bangles?
Indian brides wear lots of bangles as traditionally the sound of the bangles is meant to bring happiness and the color of the bangles, usually red, is meant to signify success and fortune. The bangles are usually worn for a year but can be removed if the color fades or the bride becomes pregnant.

What are Indian anklets called?
